Lucy Rorech, the founder of Cure8 Group, is an independent curator with a lifelong passion for the visual and a spirit of inquiry and playfulness that make her well-suited to a life among the arts. Lucy grew up dividing her time between London and a working farm in Thaxted, a small village in the English countryside, and as a result has a respect for both the traditional and the avante-garde—in art, and in life. She is as excited to join forces with an emerging artist as she is to work with one who is already celebrated. Lucy is inspired by extraordinary things in the contemporary, as well as, vintage worlds of fashion and design.
We specialize in helping people to begin then grow their collections introducing new work that complements their existing pieces.
The Cure8 Salon, located in Park Slope, Brooklyn, is a warm and welcoming place to view and purchase art and furniture. Unlike a gallery’s “white box” backdrop, our space provides a rich colorful and textural setting enabling visitors to see work “in situ.”
Our aim is to match collectors with art that inspires them and enlivens their living and working environments.
